Zoho CRM API access is required to be enabled on the users account profile. The Zoho API has limits, as detailed here: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/api-limits.html Therefore, on high usage sites it is recommended that the Zoho addin is configured to use ‘Cache'. For details of the Live searching limitations, please refer to the Zoho Addin Guide. Zoho are disabling their Zoho CRM v1 API on the 31st of December 2019, to be replaced with Zoho CRM v2 API. For continued support of the integration, a CRM add-in library of 1907 or higher is required. Cannot be used in conjuction with the Zoho Phonebridge Add-in. Users must use either the Zoho Phonebridge Addin or the Zoho CRM Addin.
