When making or receiving a call to or from a Zoho contact, a business card view of the contact is presented within Zoho Phonebridge.   Calls made or received are automatically logged in Zoho by Phonebridge and can be viewed in the Zoho call logs.   Follow-up activities can be added at the end of every call from Zoho Phonebridge.  

Call control features (answer, hangup and hold) are available from within Zoho Phonebridge.  

Notes / Advisories

Not supported on Operator / Attendant clients.  Requires Zoho PhoneBridge V3 API, please contact your Zoho maintainer for details.  Supported on Zoho domains .COM, .EU, .IN and .AU Zoho PhoneBridge integration requires release 3.0.12 18228 or higher

If the integration supports caching, please note that cached integrations support up to 30,000 contacts. The live mode method would need to be used for larger directories. Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
