Support for both on-premise and Skyland Cloud installations.   Activation of 'Profile WebAPI', URL and creation of API keys are required from Microdec BEFORE installation can take place.   Click to dial only available via 'clipboard dialling' for cloud installations.  Screen pop via 'Instant Message call notification' on Profile CRM screen.

If the integration supports caching, please note that cached integrations support up to 30,000 contacts. The live mode method would need to be used for larger directories. Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
