Zoho Desk (PhoneBridge)
When making or receiving a call to or from a CRM contact, a business card view of the contact is presented within Zoho CRM. Calls made or received are automatically logged in Zoho CRM and can be viewed in the call logs. Follow-up activities can be added at the end of every call from Zoho CRM

Not supported on Operator / Attendant clients. Requires Zoho PhoneBridge API, please contact your Zoho maintainer for details. Only supported on .COM domains, not supported on .EU, AU or .IN domains. Cannot be used in conjuction with the Zoho CRM Add-in. Users must use either the Zoho Phonebridge Addin or the Zoho CRM Addin.
