Integration is only possible if the Nedap maintainer can create a backup SQL database that has an extra table named 'contacts' and allows direct access via the add-in.  SQL Server name, SQL port number, Database name and User / Password will be required.  Contacts table will need to be created to our specifications that includes the URL to enable screen pop.  Each client will make the connection to the SQL database directly and therefore will require IP address whitelisting.  

If the integration supports caching, please note that cached integrations support up to 30,000 contacts. The live mode method would need to be used for larger directories. Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
